Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.) Hires New Director of Operations

San Antonio, TX – September 1, 2026 – Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.) has hired Carlos Villarreal as its new Director of Operations.
Mr. Villarreal brings extensive experience in operations management, most recently with Johnson Controls in San Antonio. Some of his achievements there include leading a $70 million plant expansion program for new product lines while overseeing full plant operations with 300 employees.
Prior to his work with Johnson Controls, he spent more than a decade at Whirlpool Corporation in increasingly responsible manufacturing, engineering, and operations roles, culminating in his serving as Senior Director of Operations at the Tulsa, OK site.
P.S.I. will benefit from Mr. Villarreal’s overall attention to safety, supply chain, operational efficiencies, personnel management, and delivery metrics.
